LogicRuntime Base Advisory is an independent firm. We are not a software vendor, a systems integrator, or a statutory audit firm. Clients ask us to examine the applications that produce compliance reports, then take a written view they can give to a board, an audit committee, or an external auditor.
Where the work sits
The office is at 16 Lrg Meranti, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan 55200. Most engagements mix days on the client’s floor — usually with finance and the report owner — with remote reading of extracts and logs. We work in English. Bahasa Malaysia is used in the room when the client’s pack and correspondence are in Bahasa.
The name on the door is longer than the work is fashionable. “LogicRuntime” is a leftover from an earlier registration. The practice today is application financial audit for compliance reporting, not a product studio and not a runtime platform.
Who we accept
Reporting entities with a live platform and a named filing or statutory pack. Insurers, banks, listed companies, and group finance teams in the Klang Valley are the usual callers. We decline implementation work, licence resale, and anything that would put us in a position to audit our own design.

Daniel Tan
Application controls
Daniel designs and performs tests of access, change, and release controls inside reporting platforms. He previously worked in internal audit for a financial institution in the Klang Valley.
Priya Menon
Lineage and reconciliations
Priya reconstructs how figures move from source extracts to filed lines. She is the person who will ask for the actual run file, not the rebuilt one.
Farid Hassan
Fieldwork lead
Farid plans on-site and remote fieldwork, manages the request list, and keeps the findings schedule current while the reporting cycle is still moving.
